Senior Software Engineer/Tech Lead

The Company

I am currently working with a company that operate within the government and defence space and have been at the leading edge of innovation for a number of years.

They are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer/Tech Lead to join them as they are expanding their teams further in Manchester. Their offices are based in Manchester, but the role offers remote working (2 days a week in the office or 8 days a month, they can be flexible).

The Role

In this role, you'll be leading multiple concurrent projects, mentoring, and managing Junior Engineers as well as playing a hands-on technical role.

They need someone who has a track record of leading teams to deliver multiple projects and demonstrated ability in more than one language. Their tech stack includes: Java, JavaScript, C++, C#, R, Go, Rust, and Python.
