Project Management Officer (PMO)

At the moment I am looking for a dedicated Project Management Officer (PMO), you will be expected to provide guidance and structure to the execution of multiple simultaneously run projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Standardization of the Project Management Process.
• Support Project Implementation.
• Provide a Consolidated View of All Projects.
• Plan and Schedule Resources Efficiently.
• Strategic Portfolio Management and Governance.

Location: Amsterdam or The Hague

Duration: 12 Months (Option for Extension)

You can:

• Identify opportunities for improvement of quality or efficiency of existing processes and tools and provide proposals of improvement to the line managers.
• Provide regulatory support to different internal and external stakeholders.
• Affinity with the Agile way of working, and you are aware of the Scrum Framework.
• Manage the team planner and project deadlines.
• Receive and distribute incoming regulatory requests among the team.
