Content Manager

A Financial Services business is seeking a Content Manager on a permanent basis. This role is paying up to £75,000 based in London ( hybrid working model).

The Content Manager will within the Wealth Management team and be tasked with setting the UK content calendar and shape the direction and delivery of the client and prospective client communications, in line with the broader marketing strategy. The Content Manager will collaborate with the Client Advisers, investment team and marketing team to create compelling content and marketing materials across digital, print, audio, events, and presentation decks

This person will not be tasked in uploading the content ( there are copywriters/external agencies who do this). My client is after someone with the following expertise:

• Excellent written ability ( preferably a Journalist in the past)
• Someone who has alot of ideas and create compelling content plans for different audiences based on information provided
• A true leader who is can create a strong narrative

Ideal background:

• 6+ years' experience in financial content or financial journalism
• Excellent written communication skills and a thorough understanding of grammar
• Strong editing and proof-reading skills
• Ability to convey complex topics in an approachable way
