Commercial Gas Technician - Travel to EU

Our global Fire Training client have been in operation for over 3 decades and have operations in over 40 countries worldwide. Their projects integrate with Structural, Maritime, Military, Aircraft etc

They require a Commercial Gas Technician to join them on a long-term contract basis. You will required to travel extensively within the UK as well as Overseas

Full Clean UK Driving License & UK Passport required and our client will reimburse and pay for expenses. A Company uniform, vehicle, Laptop & mobile phone will also be provided.

Skills and requirements include

• Commercial Gas Technician - base qualifications for pipework and process control
• Experience of industrial pipework (ideally screwed & welded).
• Experience of steel pipework installation
• Holder of Gas Safe Commercial Qualifications - low pressure LPG & LPG Pipework Purging & testing
• Willing to travel extensively UK & Overseas - Full Clean UK Driving License & UK Passport required
• Experience of Industrial Natural/Propane gas process systems (Liquid & gas phases)
• Mechanical experience, in addition to pipe installation & pipe testing skills (welding/fitting etc.)
• Formal Electrical qualifications with fault finding experience advantageous
• Advantage for Industrial Burner & combustion Process Control experience (Furnaces or HVAC)
