Role: Project Manager - SC Cleared

Location: London (on site 1-3 days/week)

IR35: Inside

Rate: £500/day (Umbrella)

Duration: 6 months

Security Clearance: Active SC essential

Minimum Requirement:

• SC (Security Clearance)
• Strong Stakeholder Management skills - will be leading interactions with Local Authorities
• MS Office experience, especially Excel
• Ideally have MS Project experience
• Project Management experience
• Governance/risk experience
• Presentation skills
• Property/construction background would be beneficial

• Have the ability to lead and inspire peers and team members through strong communication skills, positive behaviours, and clear strategic direction.
• Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
