We have an opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic Account Management Consultant to join a well established and hugely successful software house.
The role will suit someone with a technical background who can demonstrate excellent Business Analysis skills and great Customer Relationship management experience.

We have an opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic Account Management Consultant to join a well established and hugely successful software house.
The role will suit someone with a technical background who can demonstrate excellent Business Analysis skills and great Customer Relationship management experience.
The principal functions of the role include:
- Customer Relationship management, making sure that the company's relationship with our customers is of the highest level
- Learning and understanding the full range of software modules and services, which are extensive
- Providing advice and guidance to local government and utilities companies regarding their functional implementation of our software and services
- Identifying where training, business process reviews or specialist consultancy services will assist a customer
- Delivering demonstrations of the benefits of additional modules, services and new products
- Acting as an escalation route for all customer issues
- Proven track record in managing project stakeholders
- A knowledge of the full software development life cycle
- Business analysis skills and consultative approach - this is not a sales role
- Great attention to details
