Up to £40,000 (6 Month Fixed Term Contract)

Your new role
The Platform Support Analyst will monitor the health of the systems to ensure issues are fixed both proactively and pre-emptively.

Responsibilities
Support of Servers within an on-prem and cloud environment
Performance of patch and security maintenance ensuring a best-in-class service is delivered for the customers and end users
Identification and escalation of issues understanding trends to minimize disruption
Compliance with ISAO standards (20000, 9001 & 27001)
Diagnosis and resolution of alerts and events

Experience needed
Good technical understanding of hosted solutions, networking and hardware
Strong windows admin and troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of Scripting such as windows PowerShell
Proxy Servers and Firewall management
VPN solution and configuration
Windows admin and troubleshooting
Backup
AntiVirus
