My client based in London is currently recruiting for a Resource Planner/Resource Analyst/Real Time Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for Real Time support for resource allocation and customer service activities to help the department achieve targets and meet SLA's. The role will involve prioritising demand and assigning resource where needed in order to maintain targets.
The Resource Planner/Resource Analyst/Real Time Analyst will have a proven track record and experience within a similar position and have the ability to work within a fast paced target driven environment.

This is a hybrid position and will involve working in the London office 1-2 days a week
