Senior Data Analyst - Construction/Property

Support the business to visualise the benefits of data and help to create a digital culture within the company

Implement an enterprise architecture approach through the use of tools such as ARIS

Implement the data strategy and develop an analytics policy for the organisation

Engage with business leads and internal stakeholders to address their challenges through data innovation and create new opportunities for the business.

Profile

Senior Data Analyst - Construction/Property

To apply for this Senior Data and Analytics Lead role, you will need experience implementing data frameworks across large business and a passion for discovering solutions hidden in large data sets and working with stakeholders to improve business outcomes.

You will also require the following:

At least 3-5 years of post-qualification experience leading data and analytical teams

Experience working with and creating enterprise architectures using data and analytics tools such as ARIS

Experience using statistical computer languages such as R, Python, etc

Experience building and leading data teams in delivering business value.
