Recruitment Resourcer

Jumar is seeking a passionate and experienced Resourcer or Senior Resourcer to join our growing team!

The technology industry is booming, and Jumar have been a key player in delivering excellent recruitment across the tech and digital sector for over 20 years.

We're looking to hire a recruiter with experience in providing first-class support to candidates, who wants to focus on talent attraction and building the Jumar brand.

This role offers a base salary of £26,000-£30,000, an excellent uncapped monthly commission scheme, hybrid working and a competitive benefits package.

In this recruitment role, you will identify and qualify high-quality candidates to fulfil active requirements via a multi-channeled approach. No day will be the same and you'll have the opportunity to expand your sector knowledge, working across a variety of roles including Development, Testing, Digital, Project and IT.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some things you could expect to do as a Recruitment Resourcer;

• Write creative job adverts to attract high quality candidates
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and our leading market database to screen for active roles and build your own candidate network
• Work closely with your account manager to identify new business leads and grow client opportunities
• Complete all interview administration, including interview booking, preparation, and feedback

The ideal individual will demonstrate competence in candidate sourcing methods including Boolean searching, LinkedIn Recruiter knowledge and navigating job boards.

We are looking for someone with great attention to detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills and excellent candidate management.

In return for your passion and expertise, you'll receive an attractive salary of £26,000-£30,000, with a very competitive bonus scheme for all placements.
