Do you have communications experience, and are you seeking a new contract in London? Brookwood is helping a collaborative company recruit an Internal Comms Specialist, and the role comes with a per-hour rate of £28.

As an Internal Communications Specialist, you will gather and curate content from marketers, plan and write content for internal comms, such as a Intranet and regular email.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the other things you could expect to do:

• Edit and distribute internal PowerPoint presentations, host and run Microsoft Teams calls
• Draft messages or scripts for the Leadership Team when required
• Storyboard or translate ideas to in-house creative
• Use channels such as Microsoft Teams to communicate internally.

To succeed in this Internal Communications Specialist role, you will need excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, as well as the journalistic ability to source stories from employees. You will also require familiarity with information technology, especially digital and video means of communication. In addition, you should have the ability to seamlessly host a Teams call that includes video clips, polls and multiple speakers.
