Case Management Developer - Visual Files

My Leeds based Legal client is looking to recruit an experienced Application Support Specialist/Developer to provide a first class support service to internal stakeholders, identifying and documenting requirements with a view to future business improvement.

As case management developer you will:
Assist with the ongoing development of the current case management systems, leading on the implementation, maintenance and upgrade of new and existing applications.
Work closely with the Head of IT and key business users, taking ownership of ongoing issues, finding timely resolution, mitigating risk and managing change
Take ownership of escalated incidents
Work with the Head of IT to identify where improvements can be made.
Prepare reports of ongoing issues with suggestions for resolution
Work with external suppliers and third parties as appropriate
Streamline functionality in the existing case management system
Ensure security of data

Technically, the Case Management Developer will be proficient with the following:
Visual Files - including Server Side support and case management development
iManage
IP Software
MS SQL

Candidates will be expected to participate in the IT on call rota.
