Global Privacy Operations Analyst/GDPR/IAPP CIPx/OneTrust/Inside £320pd/6 Month

My client a global insurance company currently require a Global Privacy Analyst on a 6 month contract. This position will support the Global Privacy Office on planning, developing, implementing and monitoring global privacy projects and processed that form part of the global privacy programme.

Your experience:

• Extensive experience of analyst activities within data protection and privacy environments, including experience with GDPR as well as privacy laws in other jurisdictions
• Experience of the OneTrust software environment, and of using OneTrust privacy software tools
• A recognized privacy qualification such as IAPP CIPx Certifications
• Min 3-5 years' experience ideally in a global environment
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal

Responsibilities:

• Assist and lead with design and implementations within the insurance companies OneTrust privacy technology tools, including for example organisation structures and user roles, as well as setting up assets within the data mapping module
• Map privacy resources across the business, and suggest ways to improve access to information and improve the consumption of privacy related information
• Assist in designing and shaping the privacy governance and privacy framework by supporting the Privacy Counsels, Privacy Operations and Country Privacy Officers/local DPOs with the roll out and implementation of the global privacy programme and the successful delivery of the projects that form part of the wider privacy programme
