JavaScript, Elixir and AWS

Senior Developer is sought by innovative tech house based in London. You will be working within the product development team to focus on the emerging technologies division. You will be working with world class engineering teams to build cloud applications for GPU computing, virtual reality, augmented reality and web 3.0.

You will research, design, implementation, documentation, and maintenance of new and existing Back End systems and the creation of software services and tools to drive the software development process towards new business opportunities. You will be working on cutting edge technologies in the market today. The development will be from the concept stage to the launch stage and ensuring the highest level of quality for your deliverables.

Responsibilities

You will be:

• Responsible for the design, development and maintenance of systems that enable innovative package delivery experience
• Working with other team members to investigate design approaches, prototype new technology and evaluate technical feasibility
• Working in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high quality software
• Develop and deploy testing frameworks
• Working closely with developer teams to create an automated CI/CD pipeline
• Implementing build, deployment and monitoring standards for the client

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience with Javascript with Node.js frameworks
• 2+ years of experience using AWS services such as lambda, code deploy and ecs
• 1+ year experience with Elixir
• Expert knowledge of testing frameworks
• Expect knowledge of source control, code review and agile development process.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
