My client is a leading law firm looking to do things slightly differently with their people first approach. They are seeking an experienced IT Desktop Support Engineer to join the Southampton based IT Support Team. This role provides 2nd line support to business operations to ensure that IT systems, infrastructure and applications are operating in a way that allows people to do their best work.

You will be supporting:

• Virtual desktop environments (Citrix)
• Office 365 and related applications
• Azure Active Directory - Users, Groups, Permissions
• Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Skype for Business, MS Teams
• Networking - Patch Cables, VPN support
• Hardware/PC support/iPad/Tablet support
• Routing/Switching
• Windows Server - File Permissions, New Accounts

To be successful in this role, previous experience gained within an IT Desktop Support role is required. You may have experience at 2nd line, however we will also consider candidates used to completing 'first time fix' at first line, ready to step into their first second line role.
