Lynx are partnered with a leading Managed Service Company to help them find an experience SOC manager. This individual will ideally have experience working within an MSP, Consultancy or other client facing role, managing a well established 24x7 SOC.

You will be a strategy focused leader with a history working with threat modelling and threat management experience, managing Cyber Security best practices and Security Operations Frameworks.

Requirements & responsibilities:

• SOC strategy
• Leading, developing, and coaching a team of experienced SOC Analysts
• Acting as a point of escalation for customer escalation, technical and hierarchical
• Ensure operational practices and procedures are well defined and documented
• Full responsibility for the development and growth of the team, including personal development teams
• Management of SLAs, KPIs and other metrics
