Director of Product Development and Banking Partnership

Our client is a global payments company, licensed and regulated by the FCA in the UK and Europe, they offer regulated end-to-end payments solutions based on proprietary, in-house technology. Their clients are Tier 1 & 2 financial institutions and large Digital Asset organisations.

Reporting into the CEO, you will be responsible leading the development and implementation of strategies, plans and roadmaps in the fields of product development and banking relationship.

What You'll Do:

• Guide onboarding of new partner banks and manage current partnerships
• Contribute to the development of product strategy, translating it into use cases, requirements and roadmaps
• Manage product pipeline, drive product development projects, capitalising on cross-functional cooperation
• Provide input into the development of pricing policy
• Drive the development of tailored solutions for one-of-a-kind customers
• Build knowledge base, be the go-to product expert and partnership consultant for internal teams

Requirements:

• Experienced in a similar capacity within the banking/fintech/payments space in a director level role
• Expertise in developing and launching payment products, including cross-border solutions
• Extensive experience in Banking Relationship Management/Correspondent Banking
• Experience in fintech startups/scaleups
• Excellent project management skills
• An effective leader and communicator
• Product-oriented mindset
• Solid understanding of risk and compliance requirements
• An appetite to develop and share new knowledge
• Working knowledge of Russian will be advantageous.
• Can-do attitude to make a positive contribution to the company
