Business Systems Analyst

A leading construction company based in the Ringwood area is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to take ownership of delivering on new IT projects and improvement initiatives.

This Business Systems Analyst role is paying to £59,000 plus benefits including company car, fuel card, 27 days holiday, pension, medical and more.

As Business Systems Analyst you will:

• Deliver IT projects and initiatives for business applications, data and processes.
• Support and improve IT systems
• Streamline business processes, improving operational efficiency and provide reliable data insights.
• Drive change in the way employees use and understand technology and data
• Elicit and understand user requirements to design, build, test and implement new reporting/BI services and business applications
• Manage multi small projects
• Work with third party solutions providers to tailor and configure those solutions.

This Business System Analyst will have:

• Experience of working with users to understand their requirements.
• Ability to interface between business and IT
• Experience of delivering projects or business change initiatives

The following experience would be beneficial:

• Systems configuration, systems administration, or systems analysis
• Providing data insights/reports
• Low-code development or BI Development
• Construction industry experience would be a plus.

The Business Systems Analyst role is office based in Ringwood with occasional visits to other sites.
