Senior UX/UI Designer

Currently seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer for a growing creative agency based in Central London, who help businesses to augment their positive impact through branding, website design & development and content creation. They have clients across; sustainable fashion, decarbonisation technology, sustainable venture capital, Web3 and blue farming.

The successful applicant will be working with an incredibly passionate team of in-house digital designers, videographers, animators, developers, account managers and strategists. Working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment and playing a crucial role at the design helm of one of 2 internal teams, working alongside the Lead Project Manager and Creative Director. Designing websites, creating responsive wireframes, high-fidelity designs, systems, and prototypes in Figma. Helping to characterise eye-catching UI interactions with After Effects or Principle and co-leading user experience workshops with clients, defining their problems and mapping user journeys.

Applicants must be highly creative and forward-thinking designers capable of delivering innovative online experiences from client discovery to developer briefing. With at least 4 years of experience in a creative agency and deep understanding of design approaches, including mobile-first and responsive design. Expert knowledge of Figma and effective design system creation and an extensive portfolio of digital projects and products.
