NYC - Director of Customer Success

We have been instructed on a formal project to scale an incredibly disruptive Ad-Tech vendor looking to build their Customer Success team in New York/Tri State Area following a string of big client wins and a recent Series F, taking their full funding to over $400m!

We need you to have had experience in working with Publishers in the past. Due to the nature of the product, this is a core requirement and will be a big part of your role from day one.

They have a new office in Soho, NYC that they would like to start getting you in for a day or 2 per week as they invest heavily in building a strong company culture. The package and benefits are akin to this plan.

With the existing team as successful and experienced as it is, expectations are high - this opportunity is for someone with the keenest eye for customer success and requires mandatory experience in a SaaS start up previously as they NEED you to hit the ground running.

Salaries between $140k and $160k base + OTE.
