Program Manager

Program Manager - Central London - contract starting ASAP for 12 months, up to £74k annum plus benefits!

My client, world's best-known leader in technology sector famous for its search engine along with other fantastic products, is looking for a Program Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage the activities that lead to the outcomes of a project, what, who, when, and how.
• Adjust levers (eg, schedule, staffing, features) to deliver results on time.
• Monitor and communicate progress, risks, and mitigations.
• Align stakeholders on decisions and changing circumstances.
• Develop proficiency in planning, and leverage at least one of execution methodologies (eg, Agile, Waterfall) to make teams most effective.
• Execute change management requirements that are identified by program stakeholders.

Qualifications needed:

• Circa 4 years of experience in program management.
• Independently manage existing and new cross-functional programs through their full life cycle to meet team-level objectives.
• Demonstrate technical understanding to be comfortable working with engineers and with technology.
• Ability to assess engineering problems, understand the interplay between program and technical issues, and contribute to shaping technical directions.
• Ability to establish systems to identify improvements and drive future needs around business processes, products, or services on an ongoing basis.
