Voice and telephony lead/service delivery manager

The Job

Working as the Voice and Telephony lead for large corporate business, your job will be to oversee the telephony service for over 8000 employees in the UK.

Your job will be to oversee a number of outsourced partners who are delivering the telephony service to this large business and act as a senior liaison with stakeholders across the business.

You will ensure projects and changes are delivered successfully and smoothly, keeping an eye on governance, change management, service delivery and security.

Representing the business on the telephony board, your job is to make sure the business is getting what is needed, when it is needed.

This job would suit someone who has experience of managing very large telephony networks, you certainly do not need to be technical, but you do need to know how to ask the right questions and get the most of your suppliers.

You will be a first-class communicator and be able to negotiate at a senior level, so that service levels are kept high. To give you an idea of the projects you will oversee the team is moving from Webex to Teams.

This is a senior level job working with very senior managers, any experience worked in a service delivery manager (or similar) over seeing a large telephony environment would be amazing.

Location

Guildford - They currently attend the office 2 times per month, this will probably increase to 1-2 days per week.

The money

I am unable to tell you the salary due to client constraints, but I can tell you the basic salary is very good, and the benefits are excellent
