We are looking for an experience Environment Coordinator to join us a contractor.

Main Responsibilities:

SC Level Security Clearance IS required for this role

• Manage the creation of all environment process documentation and ensure it kept up to date
• Monitor pipeline of development activity for each squad
• Track availability of all the environments managed by Fujitsu
• Publish monthly environment updates to the wider business of downtime and refresh schedule
• Monitor Environment access control of each environment and conduct monthly audit to ensure only valid users retain access to Dev/Test environments
• Schedule use of relevant environment by appropriate Product Squad
• Oversee releases into relevant environment ensuring live releases are deployed into any Dev or Test instances as required
• Oversee Regression testing of any changes to relevant environment
• Manage the Roll back of any changes if environment broken
• Re-schedule release once cause of failure identified and fixed
• Host Weekly Environments call
• Manage Environment cloning and patching schedule
• Manage faults and problems within environment and escalation of Oracle SRs for environment specific issues
• Forward plan environment usage for Strategic Initiatives and projects, as well as capacity for all requests and needs
• Define Cloud environment availability/up-time schedule
• Manage IaaS/PaaS uptime within controlled boundaries of service credits available and ensure environments are up when needed
• Resolve conflicts between teams competing for limited environment resources
• Manage creation of a report against license consumption on a monthly basis across SaaS/IaaS/PaaS services
• Manage the creation of all environment process documentation and ensure it is kept up to date
