Platform Engineer

Platform Engineer required by a market leading Financial Technology company based in Guildford, Surrey. The company are experienced rapid growth within their software teams and are looking to add a Platform Engineer to their existing team. This is a hybrid role which would involve 1 day a week in the office in Guildford.

The successful Platform Engineer will build tools and processes to enable the development of cloud native applications and help to accelerate the efficiency and productivity of the engineering teams.

Essential experience:

• 3+ years' experience as a Platform Engineer/DevOps Engineer/Software Engineer/Site Reliability Engineer
• Strong academic background with a Degree in a STEM subject
• Hands on experience designing and implementing Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment
• You will have designed and implemented Infrastructure as Code
• A desire to learn and expand current knowledge working with the latest innovative technologies
