Hybrid - Leeds 1-2 x week

Up to £55k + Car Allowance + 25% Bonus

The chance to work for an enterprise-scale financial services organisation, working in partnership with multiple IT partners and teams that will contribute to the delivery of IT change, ensuring effective and timely system solutions.

Essential Skills:

- Lead workshops/meetings to gain understanding of business problems and shape requirements.

- Act as the bridge between the business and IT, building a partnership relationship

- Working hand in hand with the agile scrum teams, translating business/system requirements.

- Work closely with external, third party suppliers for both on and offshore.

- Great communication skills ad stakeholder management.

Experience:

- At least 4 years in a similar role.

- Experience of business/systems analyst in a dynamic and changing environment.

- Worked closely with development teams, ideally scrum.
