1st/2nd Line Network Support | Warwickshire | Up to 40,000
The role is to work on the Tetra communication system for the Emergency Services and other public safety users throughout Great Britain.
Only candidates with Tetra experience will be considered
Key Responsibilities:
To scope, manage, plan and deliver test and acceptance activities for all products, solutions and enhancements.
To conduct testing against the reference system
To execute testing, perform fault diagnostics and drive resolution.
To provide test and engineering support during deployment
To manage customer relationships and expectations and ensure that customer acceptance is achieved smoothly and professionally.
Essential Skills:
Proven practical experience of engineering customer testing in a Tetra telecommunications/IT environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to contribute to in-depth discussion on test processes and complex technical subjects.
iSTQB Foundation Accreditation.
Proven experience of building and establishing good working relationships with suppliers and customer to deliver solutions
