You MUST have the following:

• Excellent experience as a Java Developer/Software Engineer/Programmer
• Advanced Java
• Excellent microservices
• Strong ability to collaborate with the business and adjacent technical teams
• Agile

The following is DESIRABLE, not essential:

• React

Role: Java Developer (Software Engineer Programmer Developer Java Microservices Micro Services Micro-Services Front Office Finance Trading Derivatives Commodities Commodity AWS Agile Engineering React Kafka Data Trade Execution Pricing Risk Financial Services Investment Technology) required by our financial services client in London. You will be joining a growing London team that is responsible for delivering two greenfield projects. One to build a golden source reference data product in Java microservices. The other to build a commodities trade execution product, also in Java microservices. The projects are relatively at inception and delivery is scheduled for 2024. Introduction of AWS will come in 2023. Experience in Kafka and React are desirable, but not essential. As is Front End Node, TypeScript, JavaScript and React.

The company is based in The City of London and operates a hybrid working scheme- working in the office 2 days a week.

Salary: £70k - £100k + 15% Bonus + 10% Pension
