TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER - MICROSOFT 365 - 100% REMOTE

I'm working with a global SaaS business who are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join their company.

Working with over 2000 clients and aligning closely with the COO you will be one of my clients main contacts. You will be a specialised product expert who is exceptional at proactive client relationship building.

Key Criteria:

• B2B experience as a Technical Account Manager
• In depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 product suite
• Azure AD
• Confidence in managing relationships on a technical and personable business level
• Experience of CRM utilisation
• Excellent communication skills
