You should have the following qualifications:

• Successfully completed studies in (business) computer science, business administration or comparable qualification
• You can prove experience in SAP HCM with good knowledge of PA, PY and PT
• You have in-depth knowledge of personnel processes and the current legal situation
• Ideally, you have already gained experience with SAP Organizational Management (OM) or SuccessFactors
• Good communication skills and a strong customer orientation characterize you
• Good English skills round off your profile
