Senior Product Designer (UI / UX Adobe XD) Hybrid WFH to £90k

Are you a creative and ambitious Product Designer with both UI and UX experience?

You could be progressing your career in a senior role at a highly successful FinTech whose award winning software enables customers to build high-performance web trading apps that deliver real-time information securely and reliably.

Your role:

As a Senior Product Designer you will drive the continuous improvement of these industry leading products and create ground breaking UIs. A large part of your role will be focussed on UX, researching and defining ways to make applications more intuitive and attractive via client interaction market research.

You'll create wireframes / interaction designs for desktop and mobile applications; produce rapid, iterative prototypes and create style guides / graphical assets for use by developers as well as collaborating with marketing to provide support with graphic design pieces from time to time.

WFH Policy:

Following a remote interview you'll join colleagues in the London office 1-2 days a week with flexibility to work from home the rest of the week.

Requirements:

• You have end-to-end UX / UI design experience and a strong portfolio of work
• You have cross platform experience e.g. web, mobile
• You're familiar with design tools, they're using Adobe XD so if you have experience with that it would be great but not essential
• You have a good understanding of user centred design principles (UCD) and best practice
• You're collaborative and have experience of working with software / frontend developers
• You're degree educated or have experience in a similar FinTech / trading environment
