We are currently looking for a Sc rum Master experience with A3 PDCA knowledge
The role/assignment
Platform/Product Scrum Master:
The organization is in the process of implementing a data management platform that is designed to improve the reuse of data by making it easier to find, understand, access, integrate with other data, and reapply it in different business scenarios to meet Analytics, Data Science, Intelligent Automation, and other data-driven needs driving business.
From an end user perspective, the project functions as a data marketplace, where data practitioners can self-sufficiently consume, create and share data assets as a community, reducing complexity and total cost of ownership, breaking down silos, increasing speed & agility, and improving the strategic value of data.
The platform is built on new ELT technology stack comprising dbt, AWS Glue and Redshift. Reports are deployed in PowerBI and Qliksense.
We are looking for an individual that can enable multi-functional squads to develop customer solutions using SAFE Agile ways of working that integrates the business and technical needs, under a Product focus.
This role leads and reports out on key Metrics to improve performance and predictability.
Knowledge requirements
Build and coach high performing teams.
Look for ways to strengthen teams understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts and principles, covering both technical and business participation in a Product focused team.
Ensure end to end planning and coordinated communication between all Scrum and Shared Teams throughout the project life cycle (Release Planning, Release Team Meetings, Feature Integration, and Program Increments).
Ensures project commitments are being consistently planned, integrated and met, across Product Owners, Scrum Master and Shared teams.
Ensure actions are aligned with the product/squad goals and vision.
Develops and maintains budgets and financial commitments for releases Maintain visibility across the organization about development progress and grow trust by applying a data driven approach to illustrate status and progress.
Technical knowledge
Domain expertise
Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Certified Scrum Coach (CSC)
Knowledge of numerous detailed patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (eg,: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.)
Product Digital Experience
Knowledgeable about various Agile methodologies, Product Management and experienced in coaching product and agile teams.
Delivery or software/product development background
This is a Remote position
