Are you looking to progress your Product career in growing business with opportunity to join a core collaborative product team?

We are partnered with a scaling, evolving technology business, looking for a Product Owner to lead the product team and work closely with business product & process owner to deliver target outcomes whilst taking charge of the Report and Planning workflow.

The Role:

• You'll be trusted to own the Report and Planning workflow end to end
• You'll collaborate with core accounting product and process owners to define, develop, and implement the roadmap via outcome-driven releases.
• With each new flow, your goal is to save development time and improve the onboarding experience.
• Your internal team of Account Managers, Customer Success, and Designers will be your customer.
• You'll have your own small team, which will include you, a UX Designer, a QA, and three engineers, as well as Data Analysts and UX research tools.
• Identify customer goals, take detailed business requirements from global stakeholders and provide guidance in quarterly planning to assess viability and usability of features identified.

Requirements

• Experience in a product team as a Product Owner
• Report & Planning workflow understanding
• Knowledge of D365, SAP BPC and PowerBI (or similar) systems is critical.
• Also, exposure to any integration with a central financial master data mgmt. is preferred.
• Problem solving skills with a wiliness to question
• BA degree 5 years minimum experience as a Product Owner/Manager
• Strong collaboration/team skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong leadership skills
