Application Support Analyst

Skills and Experience:
- Have provided 1st line support to customers escalating as and when needed
- Experienced in troubleshooting and resolving software problems, internally and externally
- Experience delivering application support and guidance to internal and external customers
- Knowledge and experience of things like Software Deployment, SQL databases, PowerShell, etc. would be a great bonus
Role and Responsibilities:
Working as part of our client's local infrastructure and IT Support team, you will be responsible for monitoring systems and identifying performance issues; responding to incidents and problems reported. You will be working according to ITIL principles, to provide an efficient service incident response at all times, working as part of a team to provide that solution (or escalate where appropriate).
