SAT prep tutor (math or verbal)

EDUCATIONAL SERVICES CENTER is hiring SAT instructors for the winter/spring term. Math and verbal instructors are needed in NJ for classes in East Brunswick, Somerville, Scotch Plains, Jackson, Holmdel, and Toms River. Classes are held mostly on weekday evenings, some Sunday schedules.

Starting compensation: $36 per hour

The Ideal Applicant is:

Thoroughly familiar with either math or verbal SAT subject matter- score of 700+ in the section you are applying to teach

Excellent communicator of SAT subject matter and strategies

Able to develop a great rapport with high school juniors

Extremely reliable and have command of the classroom

Instructors work from a clear, well-designed, comprehensive lesson plan. Training in our curriculum and methods is provided. Please email resume- interviews are being scheduled shortly. Interviews will be conducted via Zoom.
