A well established, growing, Professional Services business based in Leeds.

Description

* Reporting into the HR Manager working as part of the HR team
* Working with key stakeholders across the business to achieve business objectives
* Working as part of a team to deliver an effective HR service across the business for all aspects of HR
*

* Provide generalist HR support and advice on a wide range of issues including recruitment, employment legislation, performance management and the implementation and application of policies
*
* Participate in the conduct and preparation of disciplinary/grievance investigations and meetings at all levels
*

* Support and lead on HR projects and initiatives including staff retention, employee engagement, management development

Profile

* Have previously operated at HR Business Partner
* Have previously worked in a Professional Services/Contact Centre environment
* Have previously worked in a fast paced, ER focused environment
* Have the ability to step up into a senior role in the absence of the HR Manager
* Have previously lead HR projects
* Have dealt with high volume, complex employee relations cases

Job Offer

* Salary £45,000 - £55,000k per annum
* Leeds City Centre location
