This a 6-month contract and we are looking for candidates who can start immediately.
• Be the 1st response to resident when complaint is received into the department.
• Developing and maintaining the appropriate level of technical and business knowledge to handle complaints in the most efficient manner.
• Investigate complaint received, speaking to various external sources and gathering records and documentation.
• Booking engineers
• Manage and respond to customer satisfaction surveys.
• Maintain and respond to repairs service enquiries.
