Experience leading or co-leading Agile Transformation, preferably for multiple customers.
Experience in Agile.
Familiarity with multiple "flavors" of agile, including both process and engineering practices including Scrum, XP, Kanban, TDD, CI/CD, DevOps, etc.
Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques and Patterns: ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
Familiarity with industry Enterprise Agile frameworks such as SAFe, DAD, LeSS, Spotify, etc.
Relevant qualification across Agile and LEAN domains, with a preference to LEAN IT Kaizen or LEAN Six Sigma.
Pragmatic balance between "agile theory" and in-the-trenches decision-making on practices
Experience leading programs, projects, or teams; prefer experience in leading or helping to lead Agile Transformation from Waterfall to Agile.
Prefer candidates who have led Agile Scrum/XP engagements, including Agile/DevOps transformation. Have hands-on experience in managing medium to large transformation programs Agile/DevOps.
Good knowledge of LEAN practices, principles, and tools (Agile/DevOps) and LEAN Software Engineering techniques
Good knowledge and coaching skills on Agile Manifesto.
Value stream mapping, prototyping, customer interviews, learning, optimizing, A/B Testing, identification and Measurement of value-based metrics.
Define and refine a LEAN Software Engineering coaching plan based on assessments and observations of the current Waterfall and Agile principles and practices.
Facilitate forums and LEAN experiments to continuously improve on the ways of working with feature teams.
Passion for transforming teams to align with LEAN value delivery.
Experience with distributed as well as collocated teams.
Strong facilitation and listening skills.
