My Financial Service client are currently looking for Admin Assistants to join a busy period within their Sales function. This is a great opportunity for someone to join a well known and established business at entry level in their first job or further gain more experience.
Responsibilities for the Admin Assistant:
- Looking after the Sales teams inbox's
- Emailing clients and customers with updates on their products and invoices
- Organising invoices and bills needed from their clients
- MUST have excellent communications and written skills
- Good organisation skills
- Used to working in a fast paced environment
The organisation are looking for 5 Admin Assistants to join them in January and these people must be able to be on site in Leeds 3 days per week.
