Sap Ariba Customer Support

Our client, a large multinational organisation, is looking to recruit a SAP Ariba Customer Support to work a 6-month contract, inside IR35, paying up to £350 per day. The role is based in Stockport, but 2-3 days a week can be worked remotely. As Sap Ariba Customer Support, you will act as technical support for changes within the Finance and Procurement team.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Providing resolution to all Ariba Network product related technical issues
• Responding to queries and requests from customers using Ariba products
• Developing technical expertise to help customers
• Creating Userguides and FAQs material

Skills required:

• Strong customer service experience
• Finance and/or Procurement Systems Change
• Ariba and SAP expertise
• S4/Hana (desirable)
