Head of Estates - 12 month contract - transformation NHS client

I am recruiting a Interim Head of Estates on 12 month basis for a consultancy who deliver into the public sector, who have two clients in the NHS. The role would be based at the clients site and offers a competitive daily rate. Interviews are next week.
My client is a consultancy that delivers projects to the NHS. They have two clients in the South West who are going through a transition period, which will hopefully lead to an increased productivity and greater levels of financial stability.
The successful Head of Estates will deliver a change program for two NHS clients in the South West for their consultancies. The role means up skilling the hard services offering and also supporting the senior management with their increasing portfolio.
The successful Head of Estates in Bristol, will deliver a change program within the two hospitals. Firstly, it is ensuring that the hard services are delivered to the right level by the in house team. This does not require a technical qualification but a really understanding of improving service delivering of FM Services.
The Head of Estates needs to be agile as he will support both the senior and junior stakeholders in the Estates Function.
Health care experience is not essential but preferable. The candidate should be able to commute to Bristol and Gloucester on a daily basis. There is no home working.
The role will most likely sit outside of IR35 and offers a competitive daily rate, relevant to experience. An immediate start and a contract of at least 12 months.
