Call Centre Team Leader / Call Centre Manager

Imagine you're stranded on an island with a group of strangers. You're the natural leader of the group, delegating tasks to make sure everything flows smoothly. You keep everyone motivated, making sure tasks are equally delegated. It's not like you've been on the island before, it's just that people take note of your calm, composed demeanour and know they're in safe hands.
While this role is not based on a tropical island, it is your opportunity to effectively manage a team and drive exceptional customer service.
Salary: £20,255 - £21,490 per hour (+ up to 20% quarterly bonus, Staff discount + much more)
Location - Doncaster (New modern offices, not your stereotypical contact centre)
Permanent role with plenty of opportunity for progression.
You will lead, manage and develop your team to optimise relationships with customers. You'll agree and monitor work productivity targets and identify areas for improvement. You will be given the autonomy to manage the team (10-15 Advisors) as you see fit.
This will be an inbound Customer Service environment. Although previous call centre experience is ideal, we are open to application from anyone with strong management/team leader experience regardless of sector.

Full-time shift: 4 on 4 off on an 8-week rotational rota 12:30pm to 11:15pm (36 hours per week)
