We are a 10 year old privately owned recruitment business, the market leader and largest in the primary care sector based in the UK and South Africa. Over the last 3 years we have doubled our turnover through winning significant new business and through developing our network of locums throughout the UK and we are now in the position where we have a large locum workforce who we wish to offer an extra level of support and service. To enable this we are looking to hire a number of agents who have customer care at the forefront of their skills set, exceptional organisational skills and the mind set to go above and beyond for their customers.
Whilst there is no specific background we are looking for, we are looking for people who can demonstrate experience in a role which has required them to be very organised, customer service focussed (over the phone or face to face), build ongoing relationships and manage many customers concurrently.
