Interim Reward Consultant

They need a Reward expert- someone who has reviewed/analysed and modified bonus schemes on a large scale . It is very important that you have the following traits, other than be an experienced Interim Reward Consultant:
- Very data driven
- Have a high attention to detail
- Be able to hit the ground running
There will be challenges around the change that this inflicts on the workforce- these changes will be very positive for some employees, and there will be challenges from groups who might be affected differently, and it is critical that you will be able to manage that.
This project is likely to last approximately 3 Months initially- really likely to go on for longer. To be considered you must be immediately available/ coming to the end of a contract in the next 2 weeks. Additionally, this organisation is very flexible - there are options for some homeworking , and flexible working. The day rate for this opportunity is up to £500/day.
