Facilities & Contracts Manager

Our client, a public sector organisation are currently looking to recruit a Contract Manager to oversee a range of Soft Facilities Management Services across their sites primarily in the North Midlands with some national travel/cover.
The role requires enforcing supplier performance and pricing in line with contract agreements, leading and co-ordinating the preparation and mobilisation of relevant services in each region where relevant and managing the transition from existing supply contracts where applicable. The individual will be the organisation's nominee with Soft FM suppliers, dealing with contract issues and performance management. The individual may also be required to support Property & Asset Managers with hard FM service contracts.
The role requires travel across the portfolio with visits to regional offices and properties; attending contract meetings, collating and checking KPI data, specifications and supplier performance with relevant stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have experience of soft FM supplier and contract management including where services have been delivered through a contractual structure. You will have the ability to work collegiately in a high pressure environment and meet challenging deadlines.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
