Customer Service - Client Campaign Team Member

Our client is one of the UK's top engagement agencies. They create experiential, reward, promotional and shopper programmes across B2C, B2E and B2B in both analogue and digital mediums. They are now recruiting for a Client Campaign Team Member who will work in their Customer Service team and will provide support to their clients via telephone and email. Main Responsibilities:

  • Promoting and providing the highest levels of customer service
  • Managing the customer support line by telephone and email
  • Maintaining open lines of communication with team member, line manager and client stake holders
  • Ensuring that all relevant information to the customer is communicated effectively, accurately and with enthusiasm
  • Working alongside the Sales Team supporting with market research, client research and new products and services
  • Weekly and quarterly reporting on the status of the incoming queries for each project
  • Issuing and invoicing of promotional codes
  • Working closely with Client Services on client projects, internal projects and prize fulfilment from purchasing to despatch
  • Working with project teams on creative and brand requirements via their other agencies
  • Completing/assisting in general office tasks
  • Investigating and reporting from google analytics
  • Weekly status reports on reward programme activity internally and externally

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Experience of dealing directly with customers on the phone while providing an exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) enabling effective rapport with all levels of customers, suppliers, colleagues and staff
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to solve problems confidently and quickly
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision as well as ability to work effectively as team members
  • Full, valid driving licence

Additional Information:

  • Working Hours: 37,5 - Monday to Friday - 9am to 5:30pm
