On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for an IT Credit Risk Business Analyst.
Overview of the project: We are offering an exciting business analysis position within Risk Strategic Change Support the business division Chief Risk Officers and the Firm Wide Risk functions with best-in-class services to effectively and efficiently deliver Change-the-Bank projects. Act as the essential conduit between business stakeholders in Risk and the IT delivery functions, at various levels of seniority and across geographical locales. Ensure maximum added value by closely working with our business stakeholders to understand and interpret their needs and to stringently prioritize our resources. Partner with our IT service providers to ensure that optimal solutions are specified, designed, tested and implemented.
Main responsibilities: Drive and coordinate the delivery of Credit Risk relevant IT and process changes Prepare Business Requirement documents including requirement description and use cases Work with the Functional Architects and other Business Analysts to ensure the solutions proposed are fit for purpose Identify opportunities for IT and process improvements Analyze business processes and recommend new design changes to existing business processes Assist IT and business in defining test cases and acceptance criteria
The skills and experience needed for these positions are: 2 years of experience in business analysis Good understanding and experience with Credit Risk Strong quantitative and analytical skills Experience in process management / design Strong communication skills to face off to, influence and engage senior stakeholders Ability to work independently, highly organized and able to work in a quickly changing and fast paced environment Good knowledge of IT and banking processes Excellent communication skills in English, German would be considered a plus Ideally consultancy background Understanding and experience of implementing regulatory projects in a large bank would be a plus
