Your Mission

Be
the local go to person for the Dairy teams in Vienna and Zurich for HR related
topics

Support
the Leadership team in organization, co-building and conduction of all kinds of
different people related meetings and events

Acting
as an internal engagement driver for AT & CH through internal communication
channels

Support
onboarding and integration of new employees and teamleaders locally making use of the DACH
onboarding process and tools

Be
the legal expert for labor law topics in both countries and admin tasks

Animate
the WISE (work in a safe environment) focussing safety requirements of the local teams
while working closely connected to the other WISE SPOCS in DACH/ Danone group

Own
and drive special HR projects with impact on business and team (e.g. yearly
employee survey, social activities…)Report
into Senior HR Business Partner DACH and Country Manager CHATYour Profile University
degree with focus on Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administra-tion,
Law or related disciplines

At
least 3 years of relevant practical experience

with strong communication & interpersonal skills

Proactive
and pragmatic-oriented approach combined with can-do attitude

Energetic,
outgoing and positive personality

Ability
to work in a flexible and agile environment, known with matrix structures

High
motivation to contribute to an international HR Team and grow in a
multicultural environment

English
and German fluently, French would be a plus

Openness
to regular travelling and spend time in Zurich and sometimes Munich
