Your new role
This fantastic opportunity encompasses creating and developing all warranty data reporting. Promoting correct dealer process behaviour and warranty cost reduction through accurate data analysis. To manage dealer warranty audit reporting from all supplier partners.
You will be analysing and improving current warranty processes so ensuring preparation and introduction of new processes and procedures is actioned. Preparing the data analysis for warranty supplier reclaim defects. Managing future development and planning for warranty IT systems will also fall into this roles remit.
What you'll need to succeed
Technical education background allied with business and financial knowledge is desirable but proven background in data analysis is essential
You will be an expert user of Microsoft Office (primarily Excel/Powerpoint) as well as great working knowledge of SAP Power BI and Business Objects.
