A First Line Support Analyst is required by a leading educational institute based in Birmingham, to join a specialist team and support end users, as well as colleagues throughout the organisation with the use of cloud-based HR and Payroll solutions.

The First Line Support Analyst will join a hardworking team and support throughout with several tasks, some ranging from: being able to resolve queries, gather and prepare data, amend scripts, liaise closely with other colleagues.

Essential experience of the First Line Support Analyst:
  • Up to 6-12 months commercia IT experience (service/helpdesk)
  • Experience with Active Directory and troubleshooting
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to multi-task
