We are currently looking for a recruitment Consultant (m/f/d) for our energy/gas client
Volume: Full time
Location: remote/occasionally onsite (depending on location)
Language: English (must have) + French and (Dutch or German)
The Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) is responsible for the 360 Recruitment process finding suitable candidates within Russia &CIS and may also interface on vacancies across the European market place. The role is accountable for vacancies within the Global engineering and Industrial gases region. Expectation is that up to 30 requirements will be managed at any given time with a range of stakeholders.
The specialist will report to the EU TA Operations Manager and indirectly to the Strategic Lead for TA within the region. They will partner with the local HR Manager in country and the Senior HR BP for the region on all matters of local delivery.

* Drive CI and identify areas of improvement
* Counsel Managers on all areas of recruitment
* Lead onboarding of new TA members
* Expand and manage stakeholder communications and involvement
Accountable for the following end results:
-Manage up to 30 positions consecutively at various stages of the recruitment life cycle, from vacancy briefing to acceptance of verbal offer
-Use a variety of sourcing channels to harvest the best talent in the UK marketplace, incl.LinkedIn Recruiter
-Act as a partner to hiring managers and HRBPs, advising, guiding, and coaching on all matters relative to recruitment needs
-Be an advocate for our employer brand and unique selling points of careers at the client
-Partner with external agencies where required to fill specialist and senior roles and work to refine a trusted PSL, which will act as a conductor for positive employer branding
-Work to agreed SLAs as defined by the recruitment process and take a strategic approach to critical KPIs such as 'time to accept', 'source of hire' and 'cost per hire'
-Become an owner of challenges within region, proactively seeking resolutions without escalation
-Support/own CI projects across the European Talent Acquisition space
-Own vacancies in a variety of locations across Europe as required or complete cross regional searches aimed at securing the very best Talent
-min 3-4 years experience as internal recruitment role (external experience will be considered) 360°
-Experience of recruiting within technical and commercial functions at a variety of grade levels
-Direct search experience and capability
-Strong stakeholder manager skills at all business levels including business leadership
-Experience of using ATS's
-A highly disciplined approach to Talent Acquisition process and systems
-Experience of submitting accurate and timely weekly report and ability to create ad-hoc reports as required by stakeholders
-International recruiting experience (preferred)
-Focus on employer branding and key business agendas such as diversity and talent development
-Recruitment qualification/certificate (desirable)
-Strong team mentality and the ability to work across regional boundaries effectively
-Nice to have: Familiarity with Russian and CIS employment law in relation to recruitment internally and externally
